I like the examples in "Drawing on the Right Side of the BRain" by Betty??? In fact, I love her entire concept. Had great sucess doing graph/square line drawings with seventh grade. If you search for the book, I know she has a website as well.

Dover art library has paper back (40 to 50 page) books of a whole group of
artists. daVinci, Matisse, Picasso, Goya, Klee, Maillol, Miro, even vanGogh.
Inexpensive too.
