My quadrant supervisor just suggested a book titled "A Framework for
Understanding Poverty" by Ruby Payne.
I'm running to the local library (or to Amazon) to buy it. From what I
understand there are school districts that have an entire curricula based on
Payne philosophies (and from what I've heard, they're pretty positive and
significant).
