I thought I would share my experience with the gentleman selling prismacolor
pencils. Bunki forwarded his email a few weeks back. His name is Eugene
Bryskine.
  I ordered 100 pencils and they did come, (took about two weeks since he is
in Canada) but he messed up my order. My pencils are fine but the counts of
colors are incorrect. I emailed him two days ago, but he has not replied as of
yet
  If he contacts me and makes good I will let the list know.
