As well as various media and subjects in a portfolio
demonstrating a high level of skill, the prospective
student's art should express passion and emotion. The
strongest work will be that which displays some intelligent
thought process at work. Getting above just skillful
execution is difficult for a high school senior but it is
what separates the great from the good enough.
