This is what I did w/supplies. I have the supply shelf, crayons, scissors,
colored pencils, markerts, etc in containers enough for each table (I usually
have either 6 or 12 of something, like crayon containers, colored pencils,
etc.) and drawers beneath the shelves that have staplers, hole punches, rulers
etc. All student supplies are in this area...even the kindergarteners quickly
learn where the crayons are and where they go when we put them away.....it has
helped keep things organzied! But I am lucky to have the space!
