Heather -

    Last year I made Character Ed signs for the classroom teachers on the
computer and added a clip art picture to reinforce the word. I found it
difficult to find simple pictures - some of them are better than others. I'm
interested in what other people have to say about this. Anyway, here are some of the
words I had...

Responsiblity - 3 people on top of each other's shoulders

Kindness - 1 person helping another climb up a mountain

Tolerance - a group of all kinds of people holding hands together

Perserverence - a team of people celebrating and holding 1 person on top of
their shoulders with a trophy

Respect - people shaking hands

Fairness - a picture of 2 people shaking hands at the fork in a road

Empathy - a group of people holding hands (a different picture than tolerance)

Pride - 1 person crossing through the ribbon at a finish line

Honesty - 1 person bursting through a doorway

Politeness - 2 people talking to each other on a telephone
