I had a coworker who made hole punch mosaic cans one
year...she practically tore her hair out- What a time
consuming project that turned out to be! It was a neat
idea (but she never did it again). She used all sorts
of pearlescent papers - metallics - solid colors - and
such (good project to use up those paper squares a
list member was talking about). Anyways....sure would
be quicker to Mod-Podge the little circles to a film
canister. Do tie in Romans mosaics - and contemporary
mosaics too. Maybe toss in some sequins to the mix for
pizazz.
Kids could make a Sculpy treasure to put inside -
maybe painted gold? Some small sculptural trinket
