I would say learning that sometimes the secretart runs the school. At any
rate, she can really be of help to you with PTO, parents, PR any number of
ways. Be friendly.
The Media Specialist (Librarian) wonderful person! Can order books yo want
your students to see, magazines that will help you, give you recycled
magazines, laminate for you etc etc etc. be nice to the Media Specialist.
The custodian. Got to love them! Be a team player! Tell them when they
don't need to clean the middle of the room (or somewhere else). Thank them
for working in your room.
The cafeteria ladies, sometimes really helpful with PR..the hear everything!
Or course, your principal!
People who look out for youas you look out for them. People who make you
look good, and yo make them look good. People who help you when yo are
exhausted and who you have helped whwen they are exhausted!
That's what I think you should learn.
