The Round Robin Altered book between the art teachers is such a cool idea!
Wish I'd been able to get in on that! Does anyone else want to start
another one?

Dear Altered Book People,
Michal Austin has agreed to turn a lesson plan in to Incredible Art
Department (in the future) - as her one lesson to give the list (not to
mention all the hundreds of ideas on her site). Don't go looking for it - it
may not come until next summer....but my request to all of you is to take
pictures of the altered book projects you are doing and submit images to add
to the plan (I won't list student names - just teacher and school). I have
lots of links to resources - and of course have links to Michal's books and
list members books. I haven't saved all of the names of list members doing
books - but have read all of you neat ideas. I am looking forward to sharing
them with all lists. When the lesson comes - I'll do a book making feature
on IAD, too.
P.S. Michal if you are reading - Cathy Kerch is dong the Tapa cloth lesson
plan - only in Hawaii they call is Kapa. That should be on the site next
summer. Michal - this book lesson is one I really want - so you be sure to
let the list know when you need resources.
