3-D Castles?

Anybody have a great way to make a 3-D castle that several kids can work on
together? I have a lot of foam core board in black aprox. 11x14" boards. Was
thinking of some kind of slot technique. I also have access to lots of
corrugated cardboard sheeting in a roll. Any ideas would be welcomed. My
very small middle school combined 7th and 8th grade want to do this as part
of their middle ages curriculum.
