I think the surface condtioner is alcohol. I have used
the Delta products- not crazy about them. I like the
heat set ones better. With Delta if you put too much
sealer on you can see the strokes and it is just
another putsy step. I have used another brand at
school - I think it is called Pebo. It has an
unpleasant smell. I really like the Liquitex brand of
paints for glass. Those do need to be heat set, but I
like the consistancy of the paint , no smell and
brillant colors. I'd have to double check on the jars
, but I believe they are non- toxic.
