Glass paint?

Has anyone had experience using Delta brand glass paint and surface conditioner? Any other brands you'd recommend? Anything I should be aware of when allowing advanced art students to use these materials? (The surface conditioner is listed as a hazardous material on Dick Blick, but these are pretty good and mature students--mainly juniors and seniors, Art III and IV.)
