Bunki's Matisse Papercuts

Bunki,
I know I must be missing something, but I can not understand how to make the Matisse papercuts. I even have your CD. I have always admired the results, but could you possibly give me a step by step instruction (like you do for the slow kids...:) ). I really want to try it and dont know where to start. I'm sure it is easy. I am just missing something.
