Someone on the list recently recommended the book, "The Gifted and Talented
in Art: A Guide to Program Planning" I purchased it and have found it very
interesting. Also check with William and Mary College. Our school
district's gifted curriculum is based upon that model. I don't know what
they have specifically for art, but I have worked with several of the
teachers to incorporate art into the curriculum. Also they use art
extensively within the curriculum. However, our program does not identify
nor serve students gifted in art or music!
