I could fill all that time just doing all the things I normally do on my own
time!!! Assessments, plan lessons, bulletin boards, art show, have time to
do all the extras I am asked to do because I am the art teacher...etc.

I would just do your job....goodness knows that you probably haven't had
enough time to do it in the past. Don't take on extra work unless you are
asked...and consider it a blessing!!!
