I have used Mod Podge over oil pastels paintings. It gives a rich luster, and
the brushstrokes can give it depth. I don't think I would recommend it for
the outside of a folder, I doubt it's as durable as the clear acrylic spray,
but it sure looks good on a finished work. My students beg for it.
