If you are looking for BEST practices in Art Education, check the CT State
Education Website. Because of CTs state requirement, every new teacher (new
to CT) must complete the BEST program, a two year program with workshops on
best practices in every discipline. Teachers attend workshops and in their
second year, complete a portfolio with video.

That might help some....I like the idea of contributing here though...this
list is so diverse.
