Sax Versatemp Tempera vs Crayola tempura

Hi
I was given two choices of tempura paint to buy from Sax
1-Versatemp which costs $14.65 for a whole gallon or
2-Crayola which costs $25.65 for a 1/2 gallon
Anyone ever use Versatemp by Sax?

I am tempted to go with the Versatemp to get more for my money for painting
with kindergarten and first and second grades

while I will use acrylic with my upper students grades 3-5
