I have the kids mix temperas on paper plates. If they have extra they need
for the next period of art I have them put in the small or medium solo cups
uses for a single serving of sour cream or salade dressing. You can get
them with tops through the catalogues. I have the kids put names on tops and
add a little water to keep from drying out. When they are done with that
color and there is still some left, we put out on a try for others to use. I
like for my kids to mix their own colors. I use this with 4th and 5th
Grades. Hope this helps! Gail ps. I tell the kids also how much a quart
of paint cost and then we add up the cost for the all the paint. They get the
message.
