Bragging about our Sax rep

I have to brag about our North Texas Sax rep.

Today, Connie Akers gave a wonderful workshop for the faculty on my
campus. She brought a variety of unusual handmade books and taught us
how to make each one. The supplies and materials we used inspired
everyone. Even those teachers who were hesitant to attend "an art
workshop" walked out with terrific examples of books that they had
made. Many teachers asked for catalogs and were marking pages of the
materials they plan to order.

Connie is the best. We are so lucky to have her as our rep. It's this
sort of commitment that helps to make our jobs as art specialists a lot
easier.
