Hi everybody, has anyone ever painted windows? Someone told me to mix
Tide with the tempera paint so it will stick. Suggestions? Thanks, Donna

 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >>Hi
I have painted our school windows and done the following. For a school-wide
rainforest fundraiser and art project, we made the whole school look like the
rainforest.,..just add liquid detergent to tempera...washes off great. The
drippy effect was perfect with the greens and the hanging vines and moss. My
principal (Catholic School!) asked me to paint "God Bless America" on our
windows last week, and I did the same. Humongous letters (4ft tall) in royal
blue and tons of white stars flying (okay, I used a star stencil) and red
stripes. Looks magnificent. Just add some detergent, and paint away. Use
tons of paper towel to clean up. Spray with water first to soften before
wiping. Good luck,
