Mark,
Make a circle with compass.
Set compass for 72 degrees.
Start at any place on circle, mark arcs crossing circle , move point of
compass to arc, mark second arc, move around circle until you return to the
beginning,
Connect all points to create star
This probably does not make sense until you begin.
Remember 72 x 5 = 360.
You can also do similar with a protractor.
