All our special needs are being mainstreamed this year. Before that we had an
adaptive arts program for our severly disabled. But now they are in the room
too. I know you can make physical adaptions to those with wheelchairs and such,
but I'd love to hear how are people handling situations like having a student
with a 1 year old's mental capacity in a regular 8th grade art class? His fine
motor is extremely week- can barely hold a marker.
