You need a sound editing program or a video editing program that allows for sound editing/cutting. There are bundled programs and freeware, you'll have to search the free software sites. Stay away from demos, freeware is better or buy some sound software for your computer that includes MP3 and MP3 conversion. There are lots of them out there.
