Last night I went to church to pray and to give blood. We were told that one
of our members had a mother who escaped from the 18th floor of the WTC and
miraculously she was not injured. This we are thankful for. I am so proud of
our country, to see that we can pull together despite our partisan
differences. I'm proud and grateful to be an American.

Today, I learned that one of the hijackers of the Pittsburgh plane was from
MY city of Coral Springs. I know the apartment complex he lived in. It seems
Florida has been making the news too much lately. I'm sick and disgusted.
