I used a concrete adhesive between coats (a two coat procedure) and added
some of the adhesive to the second coat to increase adhesion. The sealer was
a toxic substance...and doesn't conform to MSDS stuff...so I did it myself
after school with the fans...It was a oil based product. I don't know
brands...just went to the Home Depot...and read labels...
Also...someone asked about color...You should let the concrete dry (cure)
throughly between each step...
I did not paint this one...left it grey...
I have painted previous ones and used Outdoor paint.
