How would the concrete hold it's shape? I wonder if that's the same stuff they use to stucco walls? Did you paint before sealing or did they have that basic concrete color?

That's terrible concerning the vandals.

We did what you are suggesting ...but went one step further and added a layer
of concrete. Use wood glue between the layers so that it will stick and
then seal the concrete with concrete sealer.
Any more questions...write...
one bad thing is both sculptures were destroyed due to vandels.
