My friend and art room roommate taught me this. It's the most fool-proof
method I've ever seen. Fill the container nearly all the way with cold water
first. Sprinkle the powder in -- just a little at a time -- stirring the
whole time -- don't add any more powder until the first is totally blended.
Never stop stirring! If you have to, make sure what you've put in first is
totally blended and then continue when you can. It's best if it can sit
overnight, but let it sit for at least half an hour before you use it.
