I use an egg whisker. BTW, are you making sure to stir vigorously again after
letting sit 15 minutes ? That's very important! And also, if you mix it ahead
of time, preferably 24 hrs, it has more time to be "absorbed" and not so
lumpy. I keep mine right in an olg 5 gallon egg bucket- airtight seal, so I
can keep it standing for a moment's notice use.
