I agree with you. I too am a bit chaotic in my approach. The kids seemed to bget all stirred up and energized just by my walking in the room. Some teachers feel my kids epress their feelings toooo much, complaining, challenging etc. I guess they do but stiflyting them isn't what I'm about. I've worked hard on organization and classroommanagement, but they still chatter away and things are always chaotic. ann c
