Allowing youth to react in creative ways to the downfall of a
repressive government was a positive outcome of the united German
government after the fall of the Berlin Wall. I was in Berlin this summer
and saw many murals painted on the remaining sections of the wall still
left standing. These murals and some outstanding grafitti helped aid the
healing of a divided nation. At risk kids are everywhere. I am glad to read
so many of you list members are there for them and dedicated to improving
their future. Not an easy task.
