I show it to my first graders as part of their Monet unit. They love it. We
also have the book that the students can look through on their own. I also
use prints, and other books to help them learn more about Monet so they
appreciate the movie better. I do it in conjunction with a chalk/watercolor
project of his japanese bridge painting. Janet
