accessing archives

Hi, I need help, I know this question has appeared before, but I've forgotten the response.
How can I access a specific topic in the archives without getting the lesson plans from Getty. There used to be a way you could search either Getty or artednet. They seem to have changed it. I see how you can search by months, but how do you search for topics.
