Susan and all-
Often we hire art teachers, and 'other' area teachers in NC, who are not
certified in the area they are hired to teach, based on their experience
within the area as lateral entry teachers.

They have to agree to work on their certification and have to meet
minimum requirements to continue with the assignment.
