I have a warm up lesson on the board that could last 5-10 minutes,
sometimes as in the case of the castle we're working on now, it may go
for a few days. The 6th graders apply rendering, the 7th graders apply
one point perspective and 8th apply two point perspective. But this
could be any mini lesson you want to teach from bubble letters to
foreshortened circles, I often take my cues from the students...if one
asks how do I... I make it into a warm-up. I'm working on collecting
these warm-ups on paper in step by step format so I don't have to do
it on the board every day. The chalk dust drives me nuts!
Happy days to all,
