Raising the Bar

In work, "they" don't work as hard to reach the next bar because they know
it only means the bar will be raised again, so they stay just below the bar
for their own perceived safety.

To require only a set number of (real) F's AND require that you provide best
possible education is impossible. Can you start leaving your administrators
copies of Dr. Demming's management theory anonymously? There's a great PBS
video about him.
