Sorry I haven't gotten to you on this sooner. I was hoping that my wife
would have some time to respond as she is the premier musician of the
family. She also did some graduate hours in a field known as "Music
Therapy". Look under that subject and see what you can find. You can also
contact Cleveland State University as they were the ones doing the program.
