I have an upcoming presentation at a community "Arts Expo" (featuring local artists
and art programs) This will offer participants a chance to see what our elementary
students have been doing in Art Heritage (a volunteer-run program providing art
education and instruction to over 7000 kids in our local elem schools--I am the
coordinator of the program).

The Arts Expo is also an opportunity to have some brief "hands-on" art time for the
families who drop by the booth. I have lots of white chalk (the classroom kind) and
what appears to be thick orange sticks of more a construction company's variety. (I
think--was a donation several years ago)

Does anyone have any creative ideas for usage of these? Sure would appreciate any
help you could offer.

Thanks in advance!! Connie
