Re: How many photo enlargers?

Our darkroom is equipped with 6 enlargers for B/W printing. I teach about 7
sections of photography each year (Trimesters) and the classes average about
18 students. Most of the darkroom work is done during the students own time
and not during class so the number seems adequate. Rarely is the darkroom
past capacity, yet there are a large number of students that use it
throughout the day and afterschool. If I had the space I'd love to have a
darkroom large enough for a whole class (18+ enlargers). For many years I
taught a full load of photo courses with only 3 enlargers. It worked though
thinking back, I'm not sure how.
