hi everyone!
i am a newcomer to the artsednet site, and i subscribed to get all the =
e-mail and interesting ideas. could someone help me to configure my =
email so i don't get one hundred messages a day!!! or is there some =
place to organize all of this stufff? =20
also, i am an art ed student at Grand Valley State University in =
Michigan. i was asked to teach a class next week in my home town middle =
school. i'll be teaching 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. Any suggestions =
for a quick lesson?
this is the criteria: 20 students max, 45 min session, drawing
-i was thinking of using colored construction paper, craypas or =
pastels
and creating non-representional or abstract art about the school. =
yes- this would contain talking about their feelings about the school, =
but i thought i'd focus on things like friends, sports, and great =
grades. =20
What do ya'll think??? i'll be anxiously awaiting your responses!!
