Are you not protected by a union? R_E_S_P_E_C_T comes from strength and
power, not softness. Find out exactly what your legal rights are, be good at
what you do, get advice from your rep., read your contract, and then approach
the powers with a good well thought out plan. Make sure they know that you
have a real written curriculum, and that you view art in the same light as
math and etc....be armed and dangerous!
