Re: General Art History Book

I dumped into a parent at a museum book store yesterday and she was looking
for a good general art history book for her 9th grader who is studying art
this year.

She wanted a book that wasn't too heavy in the reading material but gave
good general all around knowledge.

My first suggestion was THE ART BOOK.

Does anyone else have any other suggestions that I might pass on?
