Last year I had "the Borrowers" invade my room too. this year They only way
they can borrow is to leave collatoral. I take one shoe, no exceptions. I
get every pair back, every time!
AS far as the cart thieves go...get a bike cable lock...string it through
the scissors and the handle of the cart.
