See how everything is different and everyone has such a different
circumstance... It is almost hard to compare. Your idea of asking for fees
from the parents is unfeasible for me. I work with SED (severely emotionally
disturbed) and have very little parental involvement. I would wait a very
LONG time if I had to wait for the "fees" to come. Yet, seven years ago I
started with 12 pairs of scissors and I still have EVERY ONE of them today!!
