RE: another sort of paint plea

I also add liquid starch to old paint to "stretch" it and smooth it.
Sometimes adding some liquid soap helps it too...even on top of the
starch, the soap can make it smooth out. I jsut use Dawn or Joy or
whatever.

Well, off to the Washington State Art Teachers conference....in my local
home town...lucky me!! I hope I will glean some new ideas to share.
