Sewing?

I have a sewing project for my K's and the older kids saw me making the
demo piece for the project. I thought bigger kids would be bored with
sewing, but they jump up and down asking to have a sewing project. So,
other than making pillows, do any of you have a kewl project for say 3 -
5 grades?
