The 6th graders in my building will be participating in an immigration
unit begining next week. It will run for approximately one month.
Students study different countries and find out what it would be like to
be an immigrant. Each core subject is particiapating in this unit and I
would like to as well. Does anyone have any ideas on projects for
students to complete based on the countries: China, France, Poland,
Spain, Germany, Japan, ect.. ?????
Each student will be assigned a country that they supposedly have come
from to America. An assembly kicks off this unit and I would like to do
things in art also. All help or advice is appreciated.
