Re: Re. slides - Laser Discs -a better choice

I don't know about slides but you'd be much better off with Laser Discs -Your
Library / Media Cntr probably has some LD Players - classroom teachers rarely
use them. I have the Louvre, Picasso, Nat. Gallery Collection & their
American collection
The Orsay, & Art of the Western World - I use them every week. The total cost
of all my discs was about $500.00 - I opted to get them instead of textbooks 2
yrs ago.
I have 1,000s of images with close ups acessible w/ a remote. I highly
reccomend the
acquisition of these. The one I'd choose if I could only have 1 would be Art
of the Western World -Louvre is the 2cnd best all around- Bill
PS - the lights don't have to be out with a TV- & there's something of a
hypnotic quality for the little TV addicts~
