concrete tiles

just a couple thoughts about casting concrete tiles and pavers:

Thickness - don't be skimpy - 2" at least

If you put something in the bottom of the mold that will then be embedded
into the top of the paver, you might want to mix some mortar mix (without
gravel) and pour it first to fill the spaces in between the embedded
objects. Add regular concrete mix to finish the thickness. Pour second mix
immediately.

Finally, put the paver in a plastic garbage bag for a couple weeks to cure
slowly. Drying too fast makes for weak concrete.
