Now with 2 kids, a husband, a mortgage, a home business, and a full time
teaching position I've had to expand my notion of what making art
really is. As well as drawing, dyeing, and painting when I (rarely) can,
I also arrange (and rearrange) the livingroom, invent a dinner based
solely on what's in the ice box (surprise), sew cool patches on my son's
dungarees, carve a one-of-a-kind pumpkin, plant a new garden. As long as
I exercise my creativity muscles in some way whenever I get that "itch,"
I feel that I'll remain healthy. Change your perspective!
